The eGov条文ジャンプ is a Chrome add-on that provides a convenient way to navigate to specific articles within legal documents displayed in the eGov法令検索 (eGov Legal Search) platform. When searching for legal texts on Google, eGov法令検索 is often the top result, and users frequently rely on it to review the articles they need. However, one drawback of eGov法令検索 is the difficulty of quickly finding a specific article without scrolling or navigating through the table of contents. With this extension, users can easily jump to a desired article by simply inputting the article number using the numeric keypad. The extension also supports searching for subsections by using a hyphen.
Furthermore, starting from version 0.06, the extension allows users to access related case law for the article they are viewing. Although the number of available case law references is limited, the feature aims to assist users in their studies and professional work. Additionally, version 0.07 introduces the option to expand the search scope for articles, providing users with a more comprehensive search experience.
